Stress Reset sessions use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT or “tapping”), a simple, evidence-based method shown to lower stress biology and anxiety.

Findings show that even short interventions can lead to powerful results:

  • 43% reduction in cortisol (the stress hormone) after one tapping session, compared to a 19% reduction from supportive listening with a therapist (Stapleton et al., 2020).
  • Significant decreases in anxiety, depression, and PTSD symptoms across multiple clinical studies (Bach et al., 2019).
