What is EFT Tapping?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques or tapping) is a stress relief technique, based on ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology.
Tapping on certain parts of the body, while focusing on the cause of the stress, calms the mind, reduces anxiety and relieves pain.
Studies show that tapping reduces cortisol levels (our “stress hormone”). EFT has been proven effective for anxiety, depression, phobias, PTSD, peak performance and so much more.
EFT activates the relaxation response, which regulates the nervous system and boosts the immune system.
What do I need for the call?
You just need a good internet connection and a calm space. I'll show you how to tap if you've never done it before.
Most of the tapping points are on your face, head and hands. The remaining are on your upper body. Sitting at your desk works fine.
Headphones help block out background noise, so that you can focus on the session. Stay hydrated and keep a box of tissues nearby.

About Hush Your Mind

Hi, I’m Annie Moussu, certified EFT Tapping Master Practitioner helping women set empowered boundaries and enjoy healthy relationships.
Perhaps you still say yes when you mean no. You sacrifice your needs to please others. Conflicts cause you anxiety and it’s hard to speak up for yourself.
I’ve been there.
Growing up with an overcritical parent led me to several codependent relationships, including my tumultuous marriage. My husband and I devoted ourselves for over a decade to healing our trauma and loving courageously. Today, we enjoy a healthy, thriving relationship.
If you’re like me, you learned to put others first and to be caring and nurturing at the expense of yourself. You’ve been taught that asking for what you want makes you needy or selfish.
Yet the most important relationship in our life is the one we have with ourselves.
When we build a better relationship with ourselves, we no longer need to seek others’ approval. Our sense of self-worth comes from within, creating fertile ground for empowering boundaries, healthy relationships and a deep connection with life.
You’re not alone. I’m here to guide you to speak your truth and come home to yourself.
