What if you could set boundaries more easily?
Imagine your friend asks you to hang out but you’re tired. You gracefully say no, without feeling bad about it.
Or your parent criticizes you and this time, you’re able to stand your ground and speak your truth.
Boundaries are about taking care of ourselves. They help us prioritize our needs, create thriving relationships and protect our time and energy.
But it’s a challenge to speak up and drop the guilt. Why?
We all need to feel loved and accepted
If you’re like me, you didn’t get adequate care and support in your childhood.
You learned that prioritizing others’ needs, suppressing your voice and to be caring at the expense of yourself helped you cope in a dysfunctional environment.
Fawning, also known as people-pleasing, is a stress response meant to avoid conflict in the short term, but can negatively impact our relationships and self-worth in the long term.
I’m Annie Moussu, a certified EFT Tapping Master Practitioner.

Growing up with an overcritical father led me to several codependent relationships, including my tumultuous marriage.
People walked all over me, but I couldn’t say anything. My throat tensed up. I feared being abandoned and alone. And underneath it all, a deep shame haunted me with doubts.
I slowly realized that setting boundaries is much easier with a regulated nervous system. There wasn’t anything wrong with me. My brain was just trying to protect me from more rejection and shame.
Today, I’m grateful for my healthy relationships with my husband, friends and family. My voice feels liberated. I feel aligned and a general sense of peace.
To set boundaries with more ease, we need to release fears about standing up for ourselves from our body. That’s what you’ll learn how to do in this course.
This course is for you if you…
- Feel guilty about setting boundaries
- Worry about what others think of you
- Overcommit and bend over backwards for others
- Judge yourself harshly for everything
- Take responsibility for others’ feelings
This course will help you:

This is no ordinary boundaries course
You won’t learn what to say when you set boundaries… You already know how to do that. (As poet Anne Lamott writes, “The word ‘no’ is a complete sentence.”)
This is a practical course that helps you release the fears that are at the root of your boundary-setting challenges.
You’ll learn how to use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT Tapping) to liberate your voice and feel more confident about speaking up for yourself.
EFT Tapping is a stress relief technique, based on acupressure and modern psychology. Tapping on certain parts of the body, while focusing on the cause of the stress, calms the mind, reduces anxiety and relieves pain.
Studies show that tapping reduces cortisol levels (our “stress hormone”) and has been proven effective for anxiety, depression, cravings, phobias, PTSD, peak performance and so much more.
“I’ve let go of the guilt.”

“I loved LOVED this course—I have been able to let go of my guilt about setting boundaries where I need it. I’m being more open about anger and what it veils over, such as a direct reaction to feeling a boundary has been crossed. Just go for it! Make the commitment to yourself and let the change take over.” —Sofía Palamo

“I’ve let go of my guilt.”

“I loved LOVED this course—It’s been a very powerful experience of reflections on setting boundaries, understanding anger in helpful ways, letting myself be sad, sitting with the discomfort, not letting the “I want to liked” to take over and really looking at my guilt.
I have been able to let go of my guilt about setting boundaries where I need it. It’s been the most important thing for me so far. Secondly, I’m being more open about anger and what it veils over, such as a direct reaction to feeling a boundary has been crossed.
My favorite part of the course are the EFT rounds, they are just so incredibly effective in lowering stress and starting off the day right.
Secondly, Annie sharing about her experience is always very comforting to me and it is the main reason I love her podcast. Anything I can relate to is always so significant to shift perspectives and feel seen.
Also, the journal prompts about writing a nasty letter and the one about the word POWER were so good!
Just go for it! Make the commitment to yourself and let the change take over. It is a super safe space and you can go at your own pace.
This is a practice, to understand yourself at the body and mind levels. Once you know it, you will never not know it.” —Sofía Palamo
“I was able to ask for what I want.”

“I wanted support for people-pleasing, but also creating boundaries and just breaking old patterns.
Thanks to the Break Free From People-Pleasing Course, I was able to ask for something from someone who I normally would try to avoid. That was a big win for me.
I’m in an acute situation with family members who are… intense. So this course helps me take care of myself, focus inward rather than outward, and take a beat when really intense moments happen.
My favorite parts of the course: learning more about how tapping releases stagnant energy/emotions and breaks the old patterns. Taking the time to listen and learn. Also, Annie’s voice/narration is calming and stress-diffusing.
When you care enough to change and learn and grow as a person, and you’re ready to do the work, this course is an opportunity to simultaneously look inward, consider, gain insight and techniques, but also actively release the negative build-up of old ideas, reactivity, and pain.” —Gillian Desjardins
“I’ve navigated conflicts with more grace.”

“I feel more capacity to steady myself emotionally, not fall into old stories and false beliefs, and show up creatively in my leadership. I have navigated conflicts and triggers with more grace and I’ve grown my confidence as a creative entrepreneur and leader.” —Alyssa Burtt
“I feel confident and hopeful.”

“I feel more grounded with renewed energy (mind/body/spirit). I feel confident and hopeful. There are times when I catch myself afterwards, but my ability to make choices in the moment has definitely improved. I can say no (and preserve my own wellbeing) with more confidence, even if it makes the other person unhappy.” —Vanessa Geis
